Brita Eilertsen (Chairperson)
Mrs Eilertsen has extensive experience from investment banking and has served on the board of a large number of companies, both listed and privately owned. Several of these are within the tech sector.

Ketil Fridheim
Mr Fridheim has more than 20 years of international experience within the payment industry. Currently Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Elavon’s Northern European region. Ketil Fridheim manages Elavon’s interest in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland and the Baltic States. He also sits on Elavon Financial Services (US. Bancorp) Management Committee and serves as Branch Manager of Elavon Financial Services’Nordic Office. Prior to assuming his current role he was the CEO of PBS International AS/AB, Chief Executive Officer of euroConex Technologies Nordic (now Elavon Merchant Services) Deputy Chief Executive Officer Europay Norge AS, and VP at Telenor Pos System AS. In addition to his technical background - Ketil is a graduate of BI - Norwegian Business School and holds a Master of Management degree from BI Norwegian School of Management.

Svenn-Tore Larsen
CEO of Nordic Semiconductors. Nordic is a highly successful Norwegian tech company, listed on the Oslo stock exchange. Mr. Larsen has lead the company for more than ten years, transforming it into the world leader within its field - Bluetooth Low Energy. 

Emine Lundkvist
Partner at Setterwalls law firm in Stockholm, Mrs Lundkvist principal fields of practice are tax legislation with special fields as mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, establishments abroad, taxation of employees and close companies  and international taxation. Emine Lundkvist also works with tax matters in acquisitions of real estate. 

Emanuel Lang
Managing Partner at Greenbridge. Prior experience from H.I.G. Capital, BDA Partners, and Themes Investment Partners. Master of Science in Economic History, London School of Economics and Master of Arts in Business & Management, University of Glasgow and University of California, San Diego
