Oslo, 8 May 2025 – In connection with the Annual General Meeting of NEXT Biometrics Group ASA to be held on 9 May 2025, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Odd-Harald Hauge, has received proxies without voting instructions representing 9,903,858 shares and votes, equal to 8.6% of the voting shares. The proxies are only valid for the Annual General Meeting. In addition, the Chairman controls 548,907 shares, representing 0.5% of the shares and votes. In total, the Chairman may vote for 10,452,765 shares, representing 9.1% of the shares and votes at the Annual General Meeting.

Further, Board Member Petter Fjellstad, has received proxies without voting instructions representing 30,460,996 shares and votes, equal to 26.5% of the voting shares. The proxies are only valid for the Annual General Meeting. In addition, Petter Fjellstad controls 1,032,779 shares, representing 0.9% of the shares and votes. In total, Petter Fjellstad may vote for 31,493,775 shares, representing 27.3% of the shares and votes at the Annual General Meeting.
